All Gender Doula services start at a rate of $175/hr. Below I will include some possible options, but I am more than happy to put together a bespoke package based on your individual needs. My services are mostly virtual, with some exceptions made for officiating rituals, etc. If you are looking for post-surgical (in-person) care, please email

I also offer professional training for service providers, and consulting for aspiring and practicing gender doulas. I have a monthly consultation group for therapists and other service providers. If you are interested in 1:1 services,

Work with Me 1:1

One-Time Sessions

90 minutes | $300

This is a focused, one-time session where I bring the fullness of my knowledge and experience to the topic of your choice. All one-time sessions can be followed with 60 or 90 minutes meetings for follow-up, but should you need more than 4 meetings in a 12 month period, you will need to shift to ongoing support sessions. One-time sessions can be used for anything you like, but some options may include:

  • We can discuss surgical options, how to know if you want specific surgical interventions, how to choose providers, how to work with insurance, how to choose your aesthetic goals, how to communicate your aesthetic goals to surgeons, preparing for surgery, calling in support for surgery, and what to expect during the healing journey, the spiritual side of surgery, as well as any other topics related to surgery that you wish to cover. (We may not be able to cover all of this in a single session)

  • We can discuss how to know if you would like to pursue HRT, what the options are for different scenarios, what to expect on your HRT journey, how to work with insurance denials and other issues, HRT alternatives, the mental and emotional aspects of HRT, the spiritual journey of HRT, how to communicate with doctors about your desires around HRT, and any other HRT-related issues you would like to cover. (We may not be able to cover all of this in a single session)

  • We can use the session to cover concerns about disclosure and how you might wish to navigate disclosure among different circles of friends, family, and professional circles, among others. I can help you draft what you wish to say in your disclosure conversations and also offer emotional and mental support for the process.

  • Ongoing gender support is best left to ongoing conversations. However, there are some folks who simply need to talk through their gender for a bit with someone who is an expert. We can do a one-time meeting for this.

  • Some folks come to me for spiritual guidance. I am happy to do this on an ongoing basis or a one-time meeting. Spiritual Guidance sessions can include tarot reading and channelling, but are separate from rituals.

  • 60 or 90 minutes | $175/hr

    These sessions are for folks who will benefit from ongoing support. These sessions are most often every other week, but I am also happy to meet weekly, monthly, every six weeks, or on whatever schedule suits your needs and budget. These sessions can cover anything related to transness, gender exploration, social and/or medical transition, spiritual support, support for transition in the workplace, etc.

  • ~90 minutes | $275

    I have limited availability for one-on-one breathwork sessions. These sessions are excellent for somatic processing of gender exploration, grief, rage, and other big emotions and experiences, but can also be done in an effort to support creative work. These sessions include grounding in, setting intentions and/or briefly discussing the purpose of your session, instruction on breathwork (if needed), 30-40 minutes of active breath, 10-15 minutes of integration, verbal processing (if desired), and a closing of the space.

  • 30 or 60 minutes | starting at $100

    While I offer year-ahead readings each year during November and December, tarot is available year round by request. Tarot readings can cover any topic that is about yourself, your life, your business, your love, etc. I do not read "on" non-consenting people. If you have questions, contact me!

    Customized rituals can be done for any occasion. Some popular rituals include:

    • Name and/or pronoun release & claiming

    • Weddings

    • Grief Release

    • Pre or Post Surgical rituals

    • HRT Initiation

    • Claiming Gender Identity

    There are many options with rituals. We can do tarot, breathwork, altar building, meditation, somatic work, etc. I will have you fill out a detailed form and we will go from there.

Consulting

  • $275/hr

    (For a more affordable group consult option, click here.) These consults are for professionals who would like to offer better and more robust support to their trans clients. My background in academic research as well as my years as a gender doula have given me deep insights into the experience of trans folks with the medical system, the mental health system, and with other professional settings. I am happy to advise you on matters such as conducting somatic work in a way that is accessible to trans people, setting up better systems for the trans folks in your office, making your practice more welcoming to trans people, and assessing and addressing your internalized transphobia.

  • 60 or 90 minutes | $225/hr

    These consults can be done for 60 or 90 minutes. I will bring the full range of my experience and expertise to your queries and will help you in whatever way I can. These consults could be quite helpful for anyone who is interested in becoming a gender doula, but also for anyone who might be looking to move into being a self-employed service provider and does not know where to begin.

  • up to 90 minutes | starting at $1500

    I am an award winning speaker and presenter who has experience presenting to audiences both intimate and abundant. I have presented to audiences across the globe, both virtually and in-person. I would be happy to present a speech and/or keynote at your event. My fee for virtual events is $1500 for up to 90 minutes (including Q&A). For in-person presentations, my fee is $1500 + travel and accommodations. For ecological reasons, I prefer to present virtually when possible unless you are within driving range of Los Angeles, CA.

    If you identify as trans, non-binary, or in some way gender-expansive, please feel free to join my monthly breathwork circle, "Breathwork for Trans Liberation." If you do not identify as trans, non-binary, or in some way gender-expansive, but would like to join a breathwork circle I facilitate, please reach out! If there is adequate interest, I will create the space.

    If you would like me to facilitate breathwork for your group of any size, please contact me and we can discuss the details. Minimums for this are $240/hour, $40 per person/per hour.

    I currently offer workshops to professional practices that cover gender-affirming best practices. My most popular workshop is "Born In The Right Body: Body As Ally in Embodied Transitions." This is a two hour workshop that includes lecture-style instruction along with experiential learning. In the lecture portion, I will give an overview of the pathologizing narratives that have historically animated trans healthcare before introducing you to alternative models of care that focus on somatic embodiment, wherein folks are invited to orient to their body as an ally in transition, rather than an obstacle. I lead the clinicians through two somatic exercises that can be used with clients. The workshop comes with PDF versions of the exercises. This workshop is $1250 for up to five participants, and $150 per additional person after that. If you have an exceptionally large group (over 20), please get in touch for group pricing options.
